Terms and Conditions

Preamble

• These general conditions of sale are agreed between VASTAE LDA, headquartered in Rua do Picoto 252 2ºDRT BL3, 4780-521 Santo Tirso number 514 456 159 and contact info@wearerco.com, hereinafter referred to as “VASTAE LDA”. Persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.wearerco.com are hereinafter referred to as "User".
• The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.wearerco.com  will be exclusively governed by this contract with the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

Article 1 – Purpose

1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User concerning the modalities for order, sale, payment, return, and service provision, as well as the delivery of purchases made on the website www.wearerco.com
2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to carry out the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order/provision of service between the Contracting Parties.

Article 2 – Order

1. The User places his order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.wearerco.com by adding the product(s) or service(s) he or she wishes to order to the shopping cart.

2. To send an order, the User must:

a) Complete the information and choose the options available during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the VAT number and the name that, for tax purposes, the User wants to appear on the invoice).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale, as well as these General Sales Terms and Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. VASTAE LDA will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the product/service,VASTAE LDA is responsible for informing the User as soon as possible.

5. The data contained in the invoice are of the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with any changes.

6. Order requests are valid for 10(ten) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period, and it is not possible to guarantee the provision of the service, prices, discounts, promotions, and offers beyond this deadline. 

If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order, according to the User's request and response. 

Any refunds or returns agreed upon will be made by the same means of payment, or another method to be indicated by the User, and VASTAE LDA is not obliged to assume the costs of the different method of reimbursement, which will be assumed by the User.

Article 3 – Payment

1. On the website www.wearerco.com VASTAE LDA offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Payment Institution Ltd.:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

2. The debit will be made on the User's card immediately after confirmation of dispatch of the goods. If any of the products ordered are sold out, their value will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed.

Article 4 – Delivery / Availability And Consumption

1. Delivery of orders will take place within till 10(ten) business days after the order has been paid, which are not taken in consideration any customs process by the User country. Delivery is made by VASTAE LDA.
2. Shipping costs are included.
3. The service will be made available after confirmation of payment.
4. The User must be aware, that can be liable to be applied for paying customs / import fees. This is not applied for customers with EU delivery address.

Article 5 – Prices

1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with fees and taxes included, considering the VAT (Value Added Tax) percentage in force on the date of payment of the order.
2. If there is an increase in the Prices of any product/service, the User will be informed immediately, and may choose to receive his order (paying the difference) or to proceed with its cancellation.

Article 6 – Cancellation And Return Policy

1. The cancelation and return process is applicable according to European Laws and Consumer Rights in the European Union, namely the 14 days cooling off period.
2. When applicable, the cancellation or return process is handled by VASTAE LDA. The request must be made in writing to the contact email info@wearerco.com, up to 14 days after ordering, with instructions for canceling or returning the amount paid and/or returning the goods, answered, and defined by the VASTAE LDA, by the same means of communication.
3. Whenever possible, the return must be made via the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the User must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the refund can be carried out by Bank Transfer.
4. VASTAE LDA undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 10 days.
5. The returned products must be in a salable condition. Send an e-mail to info@wearerco.com, giving the purchase number and the reason of the return. This means the products to be returned by the User in order for him or her to be refunded must be in the exact same condition, original condition as packing, in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund. Is responsibility of the USER that the package arrives in the same condition and if is traceable, if is not possible to find the location.
6. If the monetary value resulting from the return process is lower or higher than the initial value agreed and paid for, the conditions of settlement will be indicated by VASTAE LDA.
7. Other than what is described above and with the exception of the European Union Laws potentially applicable, VASTAE LDA has the right to deny any refunds or cancel orders.
8. In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
9. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund time can vary depending on the payment method made initially.

Article 7 – Privacy Policy

The processing of the User’s data is carried out in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The Data, subject to computer processing, will appear in the VASTAE LDA database(s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by them.

Its provision is optional and the right of access, rectification, and cancellation of any data that concerns the User directly is guaranteed under the terms of the law and should be made in written form, directly to the address info@wearerco.com.

With the objective of providing a better service to the User, VASTAE LDA also uses Cookies.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on the User’s hard disk by a website server. Cookies may be required to be accepted so that the User can have access to all available functionalities.

Cookies, when accepted by the User, will be used by VASTAE LDA to:

• Collect IP addresses of users;
• The aim is to customize user preferences and facilitate the use of services;
• The cookie identifies the user and if the user is enrolled in any service, promotion, or event promoted by VASTAE LDA, gives an order for the system to access information about users, which is stored;
• Perform statistical studies to calculate the number of Users and their growth;
• Know if Users have viewed a certain part of the website, avoiding repetition of the same;
• The User can always limit or restrict the admission of cookies, through the options of its browser.
